Iliffe Print Cambridge is part Iliffe News & Media, whose parent company is the Yattendon Investment Trust .

YIT is owned by the Iliffe family, and has business operations in the United Kingdom and in Canada. Its interests cover not only newspaper publishing, but television, electronic media, property and marinas.

Iliffe News & Media comprises Cambridge Newspapers, Herts & Essex Newspapers, LSN Media, Staffordshire Newspapers, Apollo Digital Developments - an internet development company that provides web solutions to both the public and private sectors - and Channel Television, the independent ITV television station for the Channel Islands.

Iliffe News & Media is one of the top 10 regional newspaper publishers in the country in terms of copies sold or distributed. It publishes three daily newspapers, seven paid-for weekly newspapers, 22 free newspapers, and six Sunday free newspapers – as well as one quarterly and four monthly glossy magazines, and a number of specialist niche titles.

With a combined circulation and distribution of almost 1.2 million copies per week, the portfolio of titles extends throughout Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Warwickshire.

Iliffe News & Media is also rapidly growing a publishing business on the internet, spearheaded by Iliffe Digital Media. The company’s 24 websites attract a monthly audience of more than half a million unique users - generating in excess of five million page impressions.
